Oleg Konin was born in 1969 in Vilnius , Lithuania .

He take an interest in WW2 history , especially the Luftwaffe and like  to investigate it through his art .He had two personal exhibitions in Vilnius . His works are in private collections of Lithuania , England , Russia.
